AFFILIATE AGREEMENT. This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Iron Tusk, LLC ("The Company") and the individual above ("The Influencer"). This agreement is effective upon the date on which this form is submitted. The Influencer agrees to promote the Company’s products via social media using a discount code provided by the Company. The Influencer is not contractually obligated to post or promote the product, but by doing so, they may benefit from the commission structure outlined in this Agreement. The Influencer will earn a commission of 15% on sales (not including shipping, taxes, or fees) generated through their discount code. When a sale is present, sales reports will be provided to the Influencer by the first business day of the following month. Commission payments will be made within 14 days of the sales report. While the Influencer is not obligated to post specific content, any content related to the Company must adhere to the following guidelines: no slandering of the Company or its products and no false claims about the Company’s products. In the event of any returned items or fraudulent transactions, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the next payment. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice to the Influencer. Upon termination, the Company will still pay out commissions for sales made prior to termination. If the Influencer breaches any content guidelines, the Company may terminate the Agreement immediately and refuse payment for sales generated by the Influencer. The Influencer retains ownership of the content they create. However, by agreeing to promote the Company, the Influencer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any such content for marketing purposes during the term of this Agreement.*
